You may place an order directly, or submit a Request Quote for negotiated/bulk pricing. Placing an order reserves your items and generates an order ID; the order is completed once payment is collected as described below, or once a quote is accepted by both parties.

We do not collect payment online at checkout. Placing an order does not charge you — our team will contact you after the order is placed to arrange payment (bank transfer, UPI, or cash, as agreed) and confirm delivery details. 100% of the total invoice value must be paid in full before delivery. Use your order ID to track status at any time via Track Order or My Account.
